As a former lawyer and now a Registered Psychotherapist, Megan started Modern Resilience Therapy to help high-performing professionals and students navigate the complexities of their personal and professional lives. If your responsibilities are big, and so are you expectations for yourself, life can start to feel heavy or overwhelming.

Modern Resilience Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain valuable insights, and develop skills to overcome obstacles and live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
