Anxiety is a part of life –
but it doesn’t have to run yours
Anxiety fundamentally relates to our nervous system.
It tries to keep us safe by identifying threats.
Sometimes, our system can get a bit stuck and may react to threats even when we are safe. Therapy can assist your nervous system to regain its equilibrium and function adaptively again.
We can help.

Common signs of anxiety include:
Persistent worries about past, future or everyday stuff
A sense of panic, dread, or impending doom, or panic attacks
Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
Feeling “on edge”, irritable, or frustrated
Trouble concentrating or getting tasks done
Pounding/racing heart, sweating, headaches, hyperventilation, or nausea
If you experience social anxiety or performance anxiety, some of these symptoms may be related specifically to social situations, public speaking, athletic events, writing tests, etc.
Virtual and in-person anxiety therapy
Our therapists specialize in working with all forms of anxiety.
Megan primarily uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Zinta draws heavily from Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Compassion-Focused approaches.
Our therapists are trauma-informed, and ensure that we are working with your nervous system to create safety and stability - that is it's job, after all!
The team always provide a safe space to explore fears and anxieties, gain insights into triggers, and build resilience. We know talking about your fears to someone else can be stressful, but in our virtual or in-person space, you can feel safe and secure.
You don’t have to do this alone – our therapists are here to be on your team!
