When working with clients dealing with burnout, we use various therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). We work to identify what is contributing to the burnout and stress (and perpetuating it over time), barriers to recovery, and how to overcome those barriers.

We will also work with you to develop resiliency skills. You will be empowered to bounce back from setbacks, adapt to change, and face life’s everyday stressors and curveballs with courage and greater ease.
