I know that starting and maintaining healthy and fulfilling relationships is not easy, especially today.

I describe myself am an extroverted introvert – I love people, but I need time alone to recharge. I also struggled a lot with pretty intense shyness when I was younger. I still get a bit uncomfortable in large social gatherings, especially when I don’t know too many people. However, one of my core values is connection. I cherish my friendships and family relationships, but I have had to go outside my comfort zone to build and maintain these connections and to show others my genuine self.
